Psychiatric patients in a mental health project run by MSF, in Kashmir, India. MSF carries out basic healthcare and psychosocial counselling to a population traumatised by over 20 years of violence and works to increase awareness of psychosocial problems. In 2009, more than 5,800 people were treated in the mental health programme.
