Hi, its me! :)

Welcome to my blog. Happy to have you here! :-)

For those of you who don’t know me: Hi, I am Fenna. I am Dutch. I lived on the island Sakhalin in the Far East of Russia for the past 4 years where I worked as a construction & start-up engineer on a major oil & gas project. Earlier this year I decided to resign from the oil industry, at least for now, and to join MSF. Mid-July I left Sakhalin. Now, in November, I started as logistician on an HIV/AIDS project in Zimbabwe.

For those of you who do know me: Great to have you here with me in thought! As many of you showed an interest I decided to keep a blog – I expect to post every 2 weeks or so and to keep the blog postings (with the exception of the first one) short, focussed, easy to read … if they are not: please let me know. All feedback -positive or negative- is very welcome!
